It was in the dark room of my grandfather's basement where I first learned the power of photography. Watching the foggy image become clearer and clearer; moments of time already passed but captured forever.
I came to Moab to work as a ranger at Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. I carried my camera around the desert searching out the perfect light, lines, and angles. And while I fell in love with the twisted trunks of juniper, sweeping arches and massive red cliffs, I found I was more captivated photographing the people within the landscape.
This passion guides my photography style. My images create a story through a compilation of clean, timeless photographs that will never date themselves. I take pride in producing images that capture the essence of who you are.
When I'm not behind the lens professionally you can find me running the trails, biking the slick rock, climbing the cliffs, and rafting the rivers with my husband and three girls . . . always with camera in tow.
